Exchanges
At this point being a small business, we only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty. All enquiries regarding exchanges need to be emailed to ciao@ginosbookshop.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor will the items be sent back.

Pre Order
If you have ordered any item/s under “PRE ORDER”, you are unable to cancel your order, or return your product to us, unless faulty or damaged.
Pre-ordered items can encounter excessive delivery times and are sometimes subject to delays outside of our control (e.g. supplier imposed delays, economic crisis, local conflict in the country of origin, pandemics, etc.). Any delays in delivery do not entitle you to a refund.
Return to Sender
On occasions, parcels are returned to warehouse by our couriers and marked as ‘Return to Sender’ (RTS) for one of the below reasons:
- The recipient no longer lives at the provided Postal Address.
- The recipient does not collect their parcel from the Post Office in time.
- The incorrect Postal Address was provided at checkout.
A RTS costs $11.00 (ex GST) per parcel and you are responsible for this cost.
If we receive a RTS, we will contact you within 5 business days.
We can then resend the parcel to your choice of Postal Address, for the cost originally quoted for shipping. For example:
1 x Return to Sender Fee of $11.00 plus
1 x Shipping cost to re deliver the parcel to your address.
