Do you sell Italian books for older children and adults?
We currently don’t stock books for older children and adults but we are always in contact with publishers about new titles we can stock. If you are looking for a particular book please contact us here and we will be in touch.
When will you restock a specific item?

Do you offer discounts?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also offer PayPal.
Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then please send us an email here and we will endeavour to sort it out for you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Returns FAQs
When can I expect to receive my order?
1-5 business days processing time + your selected shipping time.
Please keep in mind we are a small team. If you place an order during our sale period, it can possibly take up to 2-3 working weeks to be processed and despatched + further shipping time.

How do I track my order?
Once dispatched you will receive your tracking number via email. If you are having any trouble with tracking please email us ciao@ginosbookshop.com.au.
Do you offer pick-up?
Yes! We now offer pick-up from our location in Bonbeach, Victoria, Australia. Pick-up is available by appointment only. Failure to pick-up at the allocated time may result in a rescheduling fee of $11
Returns
We encourage everyone to read our product descriptions prior to purchasing to avoid any disappointment or incorrect selections. Gino’s Bookshop is not liable for a refund for change of mind purchase.
Exchanges and Refunds
At this point being a small business, we only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty. All enquiries regarding exchanges need to be emailed to ciao@ginosbookshop.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor will the items be sent back.
